Mentoring and Developing 160+ Technology Professionals
As T-Mobile expanded its technology organization in India, I took an active role in mentoring and enabling 160+ newly hired professionals as they transitioned into their roles. I coordinated a structured training and knowledge-transfer program, bringing together experienced leaders and subject-matter experts to provide guidance across technology, product practices, organizational processes, and ways of working.
Beyond coordinating training, I focused on creating an environment where new team members could learn from experienced practitioners, ask questions, build confidence, and develop the capabilities needed to succeed independently. I helped connect new hires with the right mentors and experts, facilitated knowledge-sharing opportunities, and supported their integration into the broader technology organization.
This large-scale mentoring and capability-building effort helped accelerate learning, strengthen knowledge transfer, and establish a strong foundation for 160+ professionals joining the newly expanding India organization.
